ABOUT US

Hilton Head Signs, Inc. is a unique full service sign company. From its' conception in 1974, it has held its' edge in state of the art equipment and manufacturing techniques. The company was the first computerized shop in Southern Beaufort County & currently is the only sign company operating a computer-numerical-controlled (CNC) router and Thermal Digital Vinyl Processing Equipment.

We participate in all phases of the Project!
  1. We have a proven DHEC approved process for pools and can go on site to perform the work.
  2. We have pool signage packages to offer you that can be natural/rustic or upscale style and conform to DHEC requirements. A DHEC representative keeps us updated yearly on all codes and regulations.
  3. We process Sign Permit Applications for all of the regional incorporated areas. It is not uncommon for a Hilton Head Signs employee to represent a customer at a Design Review Board or Corridor Review Board meeting. If a face to face meeting would be helpful with the head of a planning department-we'll be there.
  4. We do presentations for regimes, property management companies, Architects, and Land Planners.
  5. We manufacture for other local & out-of-town sign companies.
  6. We educate our customers on all types of substrates, processes, etc. so they can make informed choices.
  7. Quotes, multiple layouts, and color combinations are provided for all jobs- large and small.
  8. We are there at the beginning, the end, and for the future. We help our customers maintain their signage, perform assessments, and often repair on site whether it is a work day, evening, weekend, or 5 years after the sign was made.

President/Owner: Mechanical Engineer

Vice President: Commercial Electrician w/ woodworking and construction experience

Production Supervisor: steel, wood, and concrete experience

Client Services Manager: experience working with the public and government agencies

Designers: Degreed and experienced creators, well versed in regional incorporated sign codes


Hilton Head Signs is a 4800 sq. foot facility situated on 1.3 acres of company owned land in the heart of Hilton Head Island.
